Congratulations to our CFO Paul Ciardo,
The Business Journal’s CFO of the year in the Nonprofit Organizations-Small (Annual Income Less than $25 Million) category.

Paul began at Penfield nine years ago after retiring as Associate Administrator/CFO for the Milwaukee County Medical Complex. He has been the driving force behind stabilizing Penfield’s finances, creating financial results, and enacting accountability techniques to our agency. Paul Ciardo believes “The integrity of the numbers is important. Our board needs to be able to count on them, and demonstrating financial responsibility is important to potential donors.”
