The early childhood enrichment program at Penfield Children's
Center provides a nurturing environment where typically developing
children and children with developmental delays, age 5 weeks
to 6 years, learn and play together. The program utilizes a
child-centered, exploratory approach to early childhood learning
and involves the family in the growth and development of their
child. All teachers and childcare staff are licensed and certified
and the program is accredited by the National Association for
the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Penfield Children's
Center also has an on-site nursing staff who monitor the health
and welfare of the children.
The Early Childhood Enrichment program is open Monday through
Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Before and after school
care can be arranged. For enrollment information, call the
