Kohl’s Cares for Kids Presents
Animal Planet’s Jeff Corwin at the Zoo
Thanks to Kohl’s Cares for Kids, more than 300 Penfield kids and their families got front row seats at Animal Planet’s Jeff Corwin’s appearance and book signing at the Milwaukee County Zoo.
Sponsored by Kohl’s Cares for Kids, the event drew a large and enthusiastic crowd on July 21st to hear Corwin answer questions from the kids in the audience that ranged from “What was the most dangerous animal you handled on your show?” to “How do I get a job like yours?”
Penfield kids each got a copy of Corwin’s Animal Planet book, “Dedan Saves the Day” for him to sign after the show.
The Zoo event was part of Kohl’s continuing support for Penfield family programs.
