Penfield Children's Center recognizes the vital role that
families play in helping their children with developmental
delays reach their full potential. Penfield's Family Services
help families develop the skills necessary to foster their
children's development and to stabilize the environment in
which the children are raised.
Family Services include:

of topics from toilet training to understanding behavior
